Card issuance fee: USD 1
Account fee (monthly): Waived
Account fee (annual): Waived
Card transaction fee: USD 0.30 per transaction
Refund processing fee: 0.1%
Card top-up fee: Waived
Card closure processing fee: Waived
Chargeback processing fee: USD 30

Exchange-rate fluctuations and currency conversion fees: Both parties acknowledge and agree that cross-border or cross-currency transactions are subject to exchange-rate fluctuation risks. To cover exchange-rate risks and operating costs, Oceanpayment will charge an additional currency conversion fee equal to 1.2% of the total transaction amount when currency conversion occurs during settlement. This rate is not fixed, and Oceanpayment reserves the right to adjust it unilaterally based on market exchange-rate movements.
