[ODPM Digital Platform] - Whitelist Operation Manual 2025-07-25

1. Whitelist Function

Path: Payment > Risk&Fruad > Whitelist

In this section, merchants can add their customers’ information into the whitelist. The Oceanpayment risk control system will relax the restrictions on transactions for consumers on the whitelist.

  • Caution: Please be aware that consumers on the whitelist are exempt from Oceanpayment’s risk control restrictions, and merchants voluntarily assume any adverse effects and economic losses that may result from this. If Oceanpayment verifies that a consumer is a delinquent consumer or that there are anomalies in whitelist transactions, Oceanpayment reserves the right to directly deactivate the consumer information on the whitelist.
